Book a consultation. We’ll see if we might be a good fit to partner for your research and get all the details to send a proposal that lays out the proposed scope and methodology. If that works out, we’ll move forward.
Have a kickoff meeting. This is when our team meets yours. We’ll workshop through some exercises, make any updates to the plan that may be needed, and get started with the research.
Get to work. Our team drafts research instruments (e.g., surveys, interviews discussion guides), handles the recruitment for the study, payment for participants, and any other research logistics.
Provide consistent communication. Along with approving and providing feedback on drafts, you’ll get updates along the way, as well as an in-depth midpoint check-in.
